The RoOLZ NFTs are unique digital versions of hand-drawn art. After purchase, the NFT is your proof of ownership and proof of authenticity of the artwork. Our NFTs are considered art and are not considered a financial investment and do not fall into the category of a security token. The NFTS are therefore not classed as a regulated cryptoasset.

When you purchase a RoOLZ NFT, you understand that you are acquiring title to the digital artwork. By purchasing an NFT you agree that you are not doing so for investment purposes.

You understand that the benefit you receive for buying the NFT is limited to being part of our community and being the legal owner of the NFT. Please note that owning an NFT does not give you any rights to the design or copyright of the artwork unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend this disclaimer from time to time. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid by law the rest of the agreement will still be binding.

Participation in the RoOLZ Community Sale is subject to regulatory and legal restrictions. In compliance with international financial regulations and U.S. securities laws, residents and citizens of the United States are strictly prohibited from participating in this event.

U.S. Exclusion:

The offer and sale of tokens are not being registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the securities laws of any state in the United States. As a result, U.S. citizens, U.S. residents, and any person or entity located in the United States, including its territories, are not permitted to participate.

Any participation from U.S.-based individuals or entities, including through proxies or other indirect means, is prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of access to the platform and forfeiture of any associated tokens or assets.

In addition to the U.S. restriction, individuals or entities located in or associated with the following countries are also prohibited from participating in this ICO due to OFAC sanctions or local cryptocurrency restrictions:
